You have to keep in mind that if it is for non profit organizations and what no, they cannot be blocked. The National Do Not Call list exempts all non profits, schools, charities, etc. Things of those nature, yes sometimes even those companies that promise to help you get out of debt can be exempted from the list. Just keep that in mind, if you get a person, simply ask them to remove you from the list. Also, if you listen long enough some recordings will actually give you a prompt to remove you from the list.
So next time you try to yell at a telemarketer, hold back and simply ask them to remove you from the calling list. IF they call you again, thats when you get their business information and send it in. They have to remove you from the list if you ask, or they will be fined.

I'm starting to get annoyed at phone text messages too. And that costs me. At work we use nextel ptt, I'm even getting viagra ad text on those also, along w everybody at the plant getting them. Must be some computer interface setup to dial every id. It blows.
