    LS1 tuning

    Who does it? Looking to do some upgrades to the camaro and will need a tune afterwards.

    Looking into getting Ls6 intake, cam, rear gears and stall. Not sure what else yet bu want to get into the 11's N/A

    sounds nice. next some heads and ur car will b pushing some nice #s. ls1's love heads/cam, but then really wat doesnt

    You need LS1 Edit, HPTuners, a predator, tunercat or something along that line to do it your self, along with a cable. Most of these are tied directly to your vin and don't allow the use on other vehicles. Vendor licensing of any of these is over 2K to do and I don't know of anyone around here that has tuning capability. Taking it over to get a tune would be your best bet or buying the software and doing it your self, saves you later if you change gears again or add more. Craig Moates @ moates.net makes a emulator that works with your PC and has auto tuning capability as the car is driven to adjust fuel maps and timing maps.
    There is a guy in North Carolina by the name of Jeff Creech that can help, but you still need the laptop (borrow or temp use) and some software, to put the tune he builds for you onto the car.
