that's a hard one. To many factors.
Well I have this poll on another site so I figured I'd get your guys opinions.
that's a hard one. To many factors.
easy to swap a 6bolt to a 2g. impossible to take the suspension from the 2g and put it on the 1g.
im a 1g fan, but the handling from a 1g awd isnt that great.
I love my 2g way too much not to vote for it.

i have both and stock for stock, the 1g is just overall easier to work on in my opinion, the suspension is easier and i love how three of the motor mounts are on the motor instead of the tranny like a 2g, that makes doin a clutch on a 2g just a pain in the a**. but i like the curves of a 2g better and as colton said the handling. i really couldn't choose that is probably why i still have both my cars. lol

^ good point. a 1g is cake to work on. but part of that is the simple suspension design. i prefer a 1g engine bay, and ive always prefered the look of the 1g interior.
but i have yet to see a car with nicer lines that a 2gb eclipse.
i prefer a 2g engine bay with a 6bolt in it and a few mods. I don't think 2g suspension is that bad to work on. Plus 2g's don't have the stupid maintenance shit and as many interior creaks as 1g's.
I've owned a few 1g's and i still like my 2g over any of them.
Amen, Muhahaha I have brought you over from the Dark Side. My mission is complete.
