I know haggerty classic flat out said they don't insure people under a certain age. I don't remember exactly but somewhere in the 30s.

I go through Progressive and have full coverage on the impreza 2.5rs and the miata. Both have $500 deductible and pay every six months. It comes out to about $16 a month for the Subaru and about $14 a month for the Mazda. No tickets for over 5 years and never had a claim. Its stupid cheap I know.

I'm at $380 something every six months for both the Cobalt and Trans Am on a $500 deductible with Progressive.
