    Honda Missfire/low power

I guess honda and low power go hand in hand, but I am having some running issues with my civic. It has had a small miss at low rpm's for a while. A week ago I put a new cap and rotor on it and it seemed to go away. Car ran like a top. Next day it starts doing it again. Now it seems to be getting worse, even idling funny. Anything above 4k rpm's and its not an issue. It has 2 year old ngk plugs/wires on it. I can't tell if its a miss fire or another issue, possibly fuel related.

Does this sound like the distributor might be going bad, being an internal coil and all? Possibly a fuel pump or regulator? The car has 193k on it. 96 1.6L i4.

Plug wires, check for oil in the distributor, oil in spark plug holes, and maybe a compression test to see if you have any burnt valves.
