    that is extreeeeeemly unsafe to do that your taking the bead on the tire and not even touching the seat of the rim. and the cotact patch of the bead is reduced by half there isnt anything i can see to gain accept an insurance claim. with rubberband tires there is vertually no sidewall flex in the first place but for performance purposes a little side wall flex is actually a good thing. like on my road course car i run 245/60/15 and that is almost perfect.
