I heard that i am not able to locate the ignition coil in the wiper transmission recess for sanctioned racing. I heard that it is only allowed on the exterior firewall. Then again I seen were people mount them inside the passenger compartment on custom made boards. Anyone want to clear this up for me.

I dont remember ever hearing a rule like that for the coil, I know your fuel pressure regulator cant be mounted on the firewall and must be a certain distance away from the flywheel/flexplate
