ha- i remember reading an article about how Chrysler used to give the magazines bone stock untouched cars to test, while Chevy and others tuned the hell out of theirs and did little things here and there to make them perform better for the testers. so when Chrysler was getting ready to release the A12 440 6-pak cars, they decided to tune it up a bit. when the car pulled 11.90's, they knew it would potentially be a mess if the story got printed, so they took back that car and gave an untouched one that ran low 13's. i always thought that was a great story.

I like this comment by a sti owner....Yeah right... In your dreams. The GT-R is amazing. I've raped Cobras in my STI. That Cobra was more than just bolt ons to beat a GT-R. You could hear the supercharger.

That's a poser car imo. I know about voided warranty, see you take off a 3.65" pulley and put a 2.9" on, engine warrenty could be voided. But I know the engine/tranny is built enough to take it so a +90% chance it will be ok if done right, like a retune. But that's real work, I took something off and put something else on. Not some stock sw I can activate. I imagine the ecu logs every time it is activated. w/o a flasher u are screwed if you ever use it and later have engine or tranny issues. Like a hot girl w std just say no.
