hey guys, selling my 92 Honda prelude si. it has the 2.3ltr engine. 128,xxx miles. 5 speed. i drive this car to Iowa city every day from cr. it is very reliable. never had a problem with it. interior is clean. exterior is ok, looks to have had a paint job at some point. tires and brakes are all good. i have gone over the car at work on the hoist. there is some rust starting on the rear quarters, pretty typical. perfect commuter car. everything is bone stock except for a few minor things.
this is what i have done.
timing belt
spark plugs
spark plug wires
dist. cap
ignition rotor
fuel filter
O2 sensor
wiper blades
air filter
poineer cd player. very nice one
new rear poineer speakers
tire balance
turned rotors
fuel pump
efi main relay
the bad.
still has slight shimmy when braking from highway speeds, a/c does not work
leaks from condensor i think? could hear it leaking when on a/c machine. also im not sure if the climate control head works, lights don't light up and vent flaps do not open or change when changing air flow on control head, front windshield is broken. 208 bucks for new one. front inner turn signal assembly missing. haven't gone junk yard shopping to find one yet. wheel speed sensor is setting fault for abs. right rear i think. also right rear wheel bearing is going out.
