I have a ka24de and trans for sale. The engine was just recently rebuilt (had a knock when i bought it) but had an oil pressure issue which caused it to knock again in 1,000mi. I didnt have time to fix it again because my 240 is my daily so i swapped in a different ka to shorten downtime. When it was torn apart last time i was told that all the internals are clean (I didnt do this myself). We're guessing that the low oil pressure was caused from a blocked oil passage, the oil pump SEEMS to be ok but should probably be looked into to be safe. Unknown total miles on the engine
The trans clunks when shifted hard into 3rd gear but works fine otherwise. 145,xxx on trans
