90 to 93 accord chip?

Well i know nothing about hondas but a friend of a friend has starting modding an older accord, (ebay intake, header, 2.5 exhaust) He said something about getting a chip burned for his ecu? Says he has to take it to cedar rapids so i assume its prolly at darts :roll: So pretty much can my gt take him? lol i assume its going from a 17 second car to a 16? but like i said i dont know hondas

the exhaust is to big. and its really not going to go much faster, just more smoothly. His car is probably lighter. depends what model he has, if he can drive. ANd what your cars factory specs were.
