s13 differential need help fast

Im putting a limited slip into my s13. I have the diff all opened up, then those two black clamp things off, but i still cant get all the old open diff shit out of it. This is my first time doing this so figuring it out as i go. What im i forgetting to do to get everything out of the pumpkin?

personally, i would PM Dave(boxmakingman) or Justin(JJ240) with questions. they both seem to know 240's inside and out.

P.S. - im pretty sure i saw you at Blimpe's last Friday. i was delivering and saw your car pull up. i wouldve said hey, but it looked like you were with your girl, and i didnt want to interrupt or anything.

wait are you trying to take the guts from a 1.5 way out of say a HICUS model and throw it into that pumpkin? That seems like alot of extra work... Boxmakingman might be able to help... i've never opened a diff for any reason... just bolted new pumpkins on. =(

We got it, the internals were just much more snug then we thought, we underestimated the ability of a pry bar.

and it was an open diff to a 2way
