1993 Mercury Sable

this is my girlfriends car and it needs to go. she just picked up a new car and we are only allowed two parking spots at our apartment. here is what i know about it...
1993 Mercury Sable
138xxx (reads 38,xxx but i believe it has rolled over)
green 4 dr sedan
newer tires but they have slow leaks, tires plus says there are no holes...?
does have rust, decent amount
needs new struts, bouncy ride, but its like floating on a cloud lol
pretty clean interior, minimal stains.
runs good
good, quiet exhaust.

this would make a great daily beater for those driving gas hogs.

thats what i thought, but i figured they would've removed the tire to check for leaks everywhere.....?
