WTB:Getting an apartment so I need some things

I am hopefully getting a new apartment in June. I am going to need some things. I mainly need a futon (or couch), a coffee table, and a TV. If anyone knows of anyone selling these items or are trying to get rid of them and they are in great condition then PM me. Thanks!

Next question...does anyone know of any place that has nice AND SAFE one bedroom apartments. I remember why I hated looking for a place because its so f*%@&#g stressful!

i know a lot of people that live at shamrock on 16th avenue. idk how nice and safe they are, but they can't be too bad, they look pretty nice. shamrock is $375 for a small 1br and $405 for a large 1br. i've heard arrowride is really nice too (right behind shamrock) but the smallest they have is a 2br for $525. OR, i also know people at goldfinch meadows off hwy 30/williams blvd. 1br for $405.

I lived at Goldfinch for about a year. Nice appartments. Some 1bedroom's are pretty small but it's all you really need. Decent priced and the staff is pretty nice and helpful.

goldfinch had w/d where as shamrock does not. Inside the apartment that is. I liked goldfinch over shamrock though very similar.
