Some pics of my '03 GSX600F Katana after putting it down at 50 on the highway. The bike was never leaned by the previous owner so it developed a ridge on the front tire. I leaned it while going around a curve and it slipped out.

BTW wearing shorts and riding on the highway...bad idea, you can get the idea where my knee was when I went down. Not enough skin left for stitches.

I can't even imagine, man. I bet your skin was sanded down to the bone. Pants would have made it a little easier on you but it still would have sucked I think.

Sorry to see that. Hopefully you still ride. I know most people who get into crashes on bikes decide never to ride again, and I don't blame them.

Ouch. Hopefully nobody goes down this year, im looking for a rocket to ride to work in the summer and save a lil gas money
