ive been saving here lately, and dammit, its about time i splurge a lil bit on my baby the maro... so far i have a new mti lid coming this week, and my stall converter (fuddle racing 3200) will be here next week. found an awesome deal on headers also, so within the month, i will have better induction, exhaust, and a whole lot more fun of putting that power down with the stall/lockup convertor...im excited, so i just had to share my news. haha

im getting these basic mods outta the way now, and gonna cam it later this year. ive researched alot on it, and found out i need the mods i listed earlier inorder to make full use of the cam, which will more than likely be a magic stick 3 which is a big cam for the stock heads, so shell have that mean ass growl at idle, then have the "rape everything around it" sound when on it, or brake stalling her

a new air box lid, thats less restrictive than the factory one. better airflow means what kiddies? MOAR POWA!

I had two MTI Clear Lids. Sent them both back for very poor construction/quality. Zach@MTI was atleast easy to deal with.

MS3's are badass. Most people who have them seem to love them. Buddy of mine in Texas just got his in and said it was an insane difference over his old head/cam setup.

i didnt get the clear mti lid..i got the carbon fiber lid...something a little more comforting on plastic resin, than clear lexan for a lid.

Ya. They still look pretty cool IMO. Better than the generic SLP, although thats probably what I'll settle for.

i agree, the clear mti lids look sweet, but id be too anal about that....id be cleaning my k&n every 2 days, haha. but tthis way, im getter better flow and a lil glamour to under the hood. im just getting antzy for it to warm up, and get this thing done, and out on the road again, i miss my baby far too much

Ran out of money with the exhaust off haha. Still needs 4 tires and brakes, a clutch would be nice too. Selling all the stock exhaust and hopefully business picks up soon, then I can get back to it

what do you mean what am i doing with the car now? being as im 2 hours away from cr theyre willing to let me take the truck home with me, but i found out that i have to wait 3 more months for 1 of my speeding tickets to fall off then i can drive my ass off...so that gives me a good 3 months to get my shit together on the maro and get it done before i go on the road
