+1 on that.
If it was headlights either smoked or projectors or anything besides the bulb I could maybe see that listed as an appearance mod. In my opinion its acceptable to balance appearance mods and performance mods. Its true that some like the 'sleeper' look but I also believe its ok to modify a car's appearance to your taste (unless its obviously heidious than :cop: ) my car to suit my taste. Just my 2 cents.
