Well I guess I"ll be buying AEM, and a twin disk with mine :) Then all that is left is a new intake, intake manifold, DVDtfab frontmount, tial BOV, and an IAT sensor.

Dustin, I have a ballin ass fmic core for you. Its the 1g slowboy race core which is absolutely massive.

You could just get a Universal core off ebay dustin and I can fab up some i/c pipes for you however you want. Just let me know.

id really be cramming and having to chop a lot of shit up to fit a big intercooler between the grille and radiator in my truck. when the weather gets nicer out, i'll probably really tear into it and figure out how big of one i can run.

The reason the Slow Boy wouldn't work for you truck is because the outlets point towards the engine bay for "short-route" piping on a 1g dsm. How yours will be set-up I don't think those pipes would work. You'd want one with side inlet/outlets so you can go around the radiator support and up.

there is not much room to put A FMIC. Your best bet is to find A cheap ebay intercooler. you dont have much room up and down. Your best bet is to find like a FMIC that they put on turbo hondas and integras. Youll know when you take everything off the front. Ill have to see if i can find a pic of the little room that is there.

that was pretty much my plan to start off with. i can get brand new 25"x7"x2.5" cores for around $100 shipped, which doesnt sound too bad. im going to pull the A/C condensor and probably build a dummy intercooler out of cardboard to mock it all up. i am a bit worried about getting the intercooler piping around the big wide DSM radiator; but i think if i relocate the battery to the bed of the truck, i should have enough room to make it look good...

With piping is going to cost more and it has a TiAl flange welded on and a bung for IAT. I'll go 650 for the entire kit.

haha no. the one i have now takes up just as much space, if not more due to ALL that charge pipe snaked around. I also want to install in actual steel bumper back in, just a little hacked up. If that aluminum race bumper was cheaper I'd get it. I dont like my bumper just haning on by 3 bolts and 2 zip ties...and no wasnt even thinkin a want a bumper for safety's sake...
