We don't like getting overcharged etc. Well if you or ur parents etc. bought diamond jewelry from 94 to 2006 you could be entitled to a refund. Debeers controls most the diamond market and sets the pricing carefully. I guess a lil too carefully. Maybe u or dad/mom could use the money for a lil modding or something.
