Joe,
If you get one I need a ride....

I'm not so sure I like the hood with the clear portion showing the cover of the intake, though. Aww, beggers can't be choosers, though :)

That is one mean ass car! Nice to see they backed it up with even more high grade stuff; twin disk, better rotors, etc. Can't wait to see the times they start putting out.

I like everything except the clear window in the hood.

agreed! Not traditional but still not too 'rice' in my opinion. Pulled off very well

Well hopefully it is better than the 2006 505 hp I saw run in the 14's at chicago track stock, Even the announcer said he was a new driver. Sucks to be owner at a major msca vs nmra event. I hope chevy follows through. Looks better than any stang. They get some serious tires it otta go well. Hopefully do well against the new viper in the same price range. We'll see. Prob not around here unless Joe buys one. He seems to take a liking to it.

Hate to say it but my prediction is with new standards not going to happen. Read the paper. :Hangman:

Btw, this is the best news of the project. The newest version of eaton. I kid u not. It makes my gen look like dog do do. Mo power down low than a twinscrew w a decent top end. The charts say so. Hopefully they forge the pistons and allow for a pulley change if it happens.

I was looking around for ford p 51 heads and I found this out of that mag pop hotrodding.... The very good news the rods (titanium) and pistons (coated forged), probably a kellogg crank and oil squirters. The oil squirters are a big deal imo. Cools the pistons off with wot high speed runs. Oh yea a 2.3l s/c at 10.5#. But damn the s/c pulley looks pretty small already. Another thing it looks to be some custom s/c intake thing. In other words u can't unbolt stock s/c put a bigger one on top like a u know brand. Looks like some huge oval exhaust pipes there. Oh well put some juice on it.

Because we all know 650 HP in a light weight corvette in stock trim isn't enough.

That's what they said w the ls7 and within a month a guy had juice on it. Why cause he could. In this case for those scooters. :bigthumb: oh yea it should be equal to around 586 c.i. n.a engine. 10.5 (gauge)+14.7 (abs)= 25.2 abs/14.7 abs = pressure ratio= 1.71
380 c.i. x 1.71 x .9 (losses etc.)= the air a 586 ci motor would use. My 03 is around 420 something c.i. and it runs like a ol bb in a heavy car.
