1990 eclipse gsx awd turbo 1500 obo

you are looking at a 1990 eclipse gsx turbo awd, its runs great and has great interior, the body has very little rust, the car is bone stock never been messed with, it has 140,000 miles on it, the car has like tires, just got a tune up, along with other odds and ends stuff, the bad is the car needs a new turbo since the rear seal of the turbo has blown out, the good about that is I have a great shape low milage 14b to go with the car, im asking 1500 obo

So there's nothign else wrong with the car besides the turbo? Does the car smoke alot due to the bad turbo? How does the tranny shift?

it does smoke alot due to the turbo, it passed the ccmpresion test with flying colors, the trans is mint, shift perfect every time not one grind out of it ever, for a dsm thats shocking :)

I dont know much about dsms other than i want one for a DD after my truck is done, that the awd turbo 5 speeds are fairly fast outta the box with reasanable gasmilage, and they look sweet so that being said, what is the diff. between the stock turbo and the one you have to replace it?

I dont have a turbo to replace it anymore, if you buy the car you still need a turbo.

my buddy Matt C. just told me about this car today and im interested. I would have to sell my truck first though which i dont think would be too much of a problem. Unless u'd be interested in a trade.... its a black 85 Toyota 4Runner SR5 with EFI, very very hard to find. Blue book value is $2,170 but ive seen them go for over $2500 in the condition mine is in so we would have to work out a trade + a little cash or something. Matt gave me ur number so if its cool i could just give a u call so i can take a peak at the car
