1993 Lumina

To start with, i am the 2nd owner of this car. My girlfriends grandfather purchased it brand new form a chevy dealer back in 1993, I have had the car for just over a year now. I am only selling because i have finaly gotten a good paying job and will be stepping up to a BMW or something of that nature for a daily driver. now onto the car
As i said it is a 1993 Lumina, it has the 3.1L v6 (surprisingly powerful) with an automatic transmission. When i got it i put new tires on it and new brakes. in preperation for winter i gave it a complete tune-up as well as changed out all of the fluids. It also has a brand new waterpump (DID NOT OVERHEAT!!! didnt even run warm at all just leaked a little so i replaced)and a brand new blower motor for the heat and A/C.
The car runs good. I have taken it on trips over 400+ miles with NO issues! i woudl trust this to take me to California and back easily. the A/C blows VERY cold (VERY!!) and the heat is also very hot! it has power windows, power locks, cruise control, drivers seat is powered (pass is manual), tilt wheel, rear defrost, etc... The mileage is about 160K with plenty of life left. It does have the usual dents and dings for a 15 year old car but it is much better than many cars i see driving around the same age and even newer.

IN THE PICS:
the drivers door handle is missing (it will be replaced before selling)
there is no passenger side wiper arm (it will also be replaced)
passenger side mirror is gone (will be replaced as well)
and there will be new power steering hoses/lines put on as well due to the fact they leak.
you cant see it but the windsheild does have a crack but it DOES NOT impair vision at all or anything like that!

low retail price is $1100-$1225
clean retail price is $1450-$1875

The car now has new coils, spark plug wires (OmniSpark), and new plugs (split fire). The alt is somewhat newer (a year or so i think) and I did have the trans flushed, new gasket put on the pan and i had them use a WIX trans filter (WIX the the BEST filter, PERIOD! imo) Car runs even better now and should be getting better gas mileage as well as I heard quite a "ticking" coming form the number 6 plug, i left the car running and pulled that wire off and it made no difference in the way it was running so apparently i have been running on a weak #6 do to a bad plug wire... anyways pics are coming....

If i still have it next weekend. The door handle and mirror are getting put on. The oil is getting changed along with a new pan gasket and a WIX filter. The radiator will also be getting flushed again and will get new antifreeze as well. After all of that is said and done i doubt i will be very flexible on the price. If someone wants it before all of that is done i would sell for $900.
