Here it is. This is a t3/t4 based manifold for a 4g63 DSM. Made to fit in a 2g engine bay, but obviously will also fit in a 1g bay with ease. This is one of many products that we (i'll get to it) will be offering here sometime in the near future. This is the proto-type, and we will continue to improve the design in all aspects. We will also be building a few other designs with various turbine flange options and turbo placement options.

Some info:
-All 304s Stainless steel material (flanges, and tubes)
-1/2" thick flanges
-thick walled tubing
-completely hand Tig welded
-hand made collector to insure proper flow to turbine

Im curious to what the inside of the collector looks like, how much $, and who is welding these??

looks pretty awesome Trevor. pretty overkill for anything i'll be building any time soon, but pretty kickass none the less.

Collector picture added prior to interior welding.

My brother would be doing the welding. He isn't on the site and probably won't be. He has many years of welding/pipe fitting but you'd have to talk to him about his welding expertise.

The cost for that particular manifold will start in the 650-750 range. We haven't determined a rock solid price, and the introductary pricing will be a little lower. Price is strictly determined on cost of materials, and labor/weld-time.

That really is one hell of a fab job on those manifolds, awesome welds, did you make that collector? Is there going to be a little port matching to be done still on the flange??

Thanks a lot Scott. It took quite a bit of time. Yes we hand-made everything ourselves with the limited tools we have to work with right now. You can't see it but the inside of the collector is ported a bit so the tubes coming down through the flange make a smooth transition. More porting will be done to the final manifolds to make everything flow even better. All of these pictures are just of the proto-type manifold that went onto my car.

Excuse the cell-phone pictures, and don't mind that the turbo is crooked...it wasn't bolted down yet. Here are a couple pictures of it on my car:

I think the picture he posted of the collector was pre-porting. It was ported for ease of flow but its hard to get a good picture looking down through the collector.

your recirculating the hks ssq?!

Thats not an HKS SSQ. I can't remember exactly what it is. Trevor will prolly post a link to it tomorrow.

Synapse Engineering Synchronic bov. Same design as the HKS SSQV but doesn't have a diaphragm in it. Pretty quiet bov!

Looks great man, keep up the good work.

Looks very nice. Now get a sheetmetal intake on that thing. What turbo/cams are you running Trev? Is that a stock bottom end? Car should fly if everything else around it is supported.

In due time ^^ money is just the issue.

Turbo is a gt3561 journal bearing with a .58a/r T4 undivided housing.

Stock cams right now...but i'm working on it. I'll probably just go with 272's because it's a street car and my daily driver.

Stock bottom end 6bolt with 1g pistons and the motor will be the last thing to be built. The head is ready to go though.

Anymore questions just ask!
