View Full Version : So I Just Got A New Job Today

So i found out today that i got a job at Clipper Wind Power. I will be starting the job on September 10th. Its a 2ed shift job so i will be working from 3:30 to 11pm every day M-F. It is in the field of what I am going to school for which is Electronic Engineer. Here is the best part, I'm not going to be paid by the hour any more. Its a salary job that is STARTING me at $40,000/year. Hope you guys are ready to finally see Ricky spend some money and buy some toys. :bigthumb:

congrats man, good luck with 2nd shift. i could never work those hours. i love 1st shift too much.

congrats, I've liked 2nd shift when I was single, I could get things done during the day and when ya hit the bars at night the girls are already drunk cause some other schmo was buyin'her drinks. :)

i was putting some lowering springs on a 2g talon and the fronts were a pain in the ass but i got them done. got the springs from seth. he is a really cool guy.

Omg you can work on cars, I didn't know you actually worked on them. I thought you just said you did.....wierd

CONGRATS bout time someone in our group finally starts making good money. Jenn also started her new job at AT&T wireless. Have fun, im sure it will take awhile to get used to the 2nd shift.

that's great are you going to school to be an actual electrical engineer or an engineer tech

this might be something i would look in to if i don't get on at Rockwell
