I was just wondering what some peoples' favorite vehicles they have driven are, mine is my girlfriends dad's DD black 2001 Silverado 2500HD, its nothing special but I really would drive it forever if it was mine. Nothing special really, it rides like ass, tipicle 2500HD, and the turbo mufflers bug me (too quiet at idle-3500) so I'd put the Dynomax glasspacks back on. It sounded louder, deeper and cracled at about 3500, so mean sounding why wouldn't a 17 year old kid want those? I don't know what it was but something with that particular truck just clicked with me. Also it has been babied and has 41600 miles from him driving it 2 miles out of town to go to work.

So I wondered what everyone elses' favorite is whether its your buddies old Geo that you could jump or your dad's Vette.

Lets see here... I didnt trully like the 350Z that i drove one night... my buddie's RX-8 is pretty damn amazing... My best friends SRT-4 is fast but sloppy... The firebird i drove was fast but to heavy for me... and the 300 SRT-8 is right up there (the sound that comes out of those cars are amazing!) But i'd almost have to go with my old SVT Focus. crisp and smooth turn ins, great pedal placement, an amazing shifter, cumfy seats... Odly enough, i'd go with the SVT Focus or the RX-8. (if you cant tell, i'd rather have a car that handles amazing then be fast...)

But i go with DD on this one, the car right now i might have to say is my favorit.

honestly, i really loved driving my Duster. it rode like shit, didnt handle well, the steering was all loose, it didnt have power anything, was loud as shit and didnt always have the greatest throttle response; but dammit, i loved driving a car that i rebuilt myself.

My Uncles 64 Nova, first car I went 100+ on. He was showing me a few techniques on goin' fast. I had just got my permit and he let me drive it. I don't know what he did to it or what was in it but it drove rough. Then again my liittle car I have now is my current fave.

an absolute blast

your car was nice to drive, mostly because of the suspension work that had been done. I prefer smaller cars like miatas, so I bet an equally prepared miata would be sick. I have only driven a stock one and it was pretty fun.

as far as not road legal cars:
