Im picking this car up on saturday, getting it for $1000. Plans for it are so different heads and maybe some nitrous. Also needs a different hood and the side skirts, going to put it in primer too because their are a lot of runs in the paint. Rust free tho and under neath is real clean too.

It looks like it has no motor in it because they just put new springs in the front and they havent settled yet.

92 is a good year, good find man. get over on the eifba board to find some parts for that, maybe even a whole 5 speed swap....
Wow! That'll have to settle a lot.

Wow! That'll have to settle a lot.Or he could get some huge tires on the back and not worry about it settling out (from the way it looks its gonna take a while). Just kidding, but nice find man I always thought those cars were good looking.

if its a real RS, it's probably a 305 unless someone swapped in a 350. i dont think RS's came with 350s. dammit, where is Deimos when you need him?

yup rs in 92 was a 305 only....z28 you could get the 350. i know because my parents owned a brand spanking new 92 rs until it did that stupid 305 shit smoking yellow smoke and then chevy doing a recall on them. so the parents traded it for a 93 rs and it did the same damn thing. so they then traded it for a 93 blazer. haha

it now has a rebuilt 350. Has some minor things already done to it
subframe connectors
preformer rpm intake
4.10 gears
hurst shifter
flowtech headers
305 heads
495 ex 495 intake lift cam
moroso drag springs
turbo 350 tranny
edelbrock 600 cfm carb
And i hate the fake cowl hood on it, its hopefully getting traded for a stock hood. And its going in primer and im looking for the rs side skirts.

its too bad you picked this up; i just found out a friend of mine wants to sell his 4th gen Camaro, fresh built 383 LT1, 6 speed, etc for $8k. not chump change, but thats the deal of the century as far as i'm concerned...

When you get the car bring it by sears and I can check it all out for ya. Lol I think domestic disturbance was making a crack at me with his post. Yeah 305's are boat anchors (sorry Apples). The drag springs will pretty much always be that tall and go slow on trimming them up. They are a big pain in the arse to install too. Lol I had to redo mine over again cuz Fast Times said screw it and left them on blocks of wood. You almost have to install them at coil bind. If you need help with anything except the gas tank just stop out there isn't a part on your car I haven't touched before. PS the drag springs throw out the caster negative FYI.

Yeah the filter was tall cuz the stubstack was sucking the air cleaner on the carb and it fit under the hood but most of the time the hood was off.
