sometimes you dont even know you have cysts. most people have them, they just dont know it because they're pretty small and can float under your skin. plus, depending on the type of cyst, you dont even really need to get them removed unless it bothers you. i have one in the joint of one of my fingers, i'm just too lazy to get it removed because i hardly ever notice that it's there.
