6200 W Bennington Rd Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613

Gates Open at 2pm
Race from 3p - 7p

Race $15 Adults $8 Kids $3

There will be a Heads up race, a Trophy Dash, and test-n-tune/grudge racing.


Heads up race must be a street legal, have mufflers (no open headers) and working head/tail lights.

$100 to the fastest pass on DOT tires

Novak Electric will donate $10 for every tech card purchased at this event.

i was thinking about going out and driving around a bit on Friday, but i think i might save the race gas for that day!

i talked to Scott today; hes shooting to be there, but if he doesnt get his converter in time, were gonna use his trailer to haul my car up there. if he does get his car together, i think im gonna go balls out and drive up there.

Just wondering...This fastest pass $100...with DOT tire and exhust, is this open for every vehical or just those with 4 wheels?...

the redlight is what im most worried about. ive never tried to cut really good trees at the strip, just worried about ET's and what not. we'll see, it sounds like a fun deal to me.

Had alot of fun at the race, to bad the turn out wasnt that good but since it was a rain out date it is to be expected.
Its to bad skinny didnt get his nitrous working in time or he would have had the FASTEST pass of the day by a long shot!!!!!!

Dustin I left before your last run how did it turn out?

scott finally convinced me to take my dress off and spray in first gear. i ran 11.43 at 117 with a 1.70 60'. i went back around for one last run against Bunting's Vega. i was too ancy ancy and loaded the converter up too high and broke out of the line, so just sprayed it then and went and 11.46 even with the fucked up launch. im convinced it had an 11.30 or even an 11.20 in it.

we'll see, i still wasnt hitting the MPH i hit last October. if the car stays together all summer, i want to hit up another October T&T at Tri-state and see if i can maybe nudge into the 10's before getting kicked off the strip.

one things for sure, i dont know the last time anyone saw rust at those speeds!

by the way, thanks to Scott and Summer for all their help and encouragment; Summer even lent me $20 to get my nitrous bottle filled there.

No problem man, Im just glad it ran some good numbers and got her home in one piece, that was alot of fun last night, cant wait for the next one, maybe I can even get my car running for that.

i dont know, we'd really have to see; Georges car pulls a hell of a lot more MPH than mine. my only trump card is being able to hook. i pulled 1.7 60's all night. still not quite sure how that works...
