lower intake manifold, phenolic spacer, upper intake manifold, fuel rail, fuel injectors, fuel injector wiring harness, complete MAF engine wiring harness, HEGO harness, MAF, new intake bolts and gaskets (2 for between spacer and intakes) the intakes have been port match and polished to the gaskets/spacer.
The harness is a "stand alone" harness meaning it can be used in any vehicle with just a few connections needing to be made. So you can install a SBF with EFI and MAF into virtualy any car you can put a SBF into without worrying about wiring issues...

This link here will help you with the 2 plugs that are not labeled, those are your hard wire connections . On the injector harness The IAC cylinder plug wires need to be re-soldered and heat shrinked . The eec connector is pinned for 89-93 gt 5.0L so any computer of those years will work .
