Here's the new whip (haha)

1994 Mustang COBRA (yes it's an authentic Cobra)
It's already got :
Cartech "Outlaw" single turbo kit (it's only a 64mm turbo that came with the kit right now)
AEM EMS (engine management system)
83lb injectors
Lentech "Strip Terminator" full manual AOD w/transbrake and EDGE "Pro Race" custom 3300 power adder stall
Brand new paint and IMMACULATE black interior!!

The motor internals (and pretty much everything else besides what's listed above) are BONE stock!! I originally planned to max out the setup as it sits but apparently the stock motor is just gone (well, it's just pissed me off enough that I'm done screwing with it and decided the good stuff's going in now!!)

Parts I've already got for it:

Dart "Iron Eagle" block with a FULLY forged 327 stroker (331 stroke w/stock 302 bore) rotating assembly (Nitrided 4340 SCAT crank, Crower H-beams w/ ARP 2000 rod bolts, CP 27cc dish pistons and Hellfire rings). Compression will be around 8.7:1 with a 64cc head

Ok, I'll stop with all the details, Obviously it's looking to be a DAMN stout combo. I'm still undecided with what/size turbo I'm going with but I'm thinking a nice Hellion 76GTS should take me pretty far. Thanks for looking!!

P.S. I know those wheels are SO played out, there being replaced and yes, the hood looks EXTREMELY gay, this I know!!

Looks awesome man. Lines on those cobras are gorgeous. If I was you and had the clearance (it looks like you do) then I would throw either a stock cobra hood or something that looks identical in lightweight fiberglass or carbon (body color matched of course). Yeah, Cobra R wheels are played out. Billet/AR Thrusts are played out too. I'm sure you'll do something fun

Thanks for the complments!! I'm still undecided about wheels, It's gonna be a while for new "street" wheels/tires. I'll be buying some CenterLine Telstars in the next couple weeks for the track duty. I'm thinking some nice FR500's might be the winner.

Also, I finally pulled the stock shortblock out a couple days ago and this is what I found, I think the guy lied about the shortblock being in great shape. The bearing was literally BRONZE, no more coating.

Ouch man thats lame. Its sad when people lie to you just to sell a car. I know dealerships (aka stealerships) have done it for years but thats just not right. Of course I have always heard people being hard on the early cobras so I'm not that surprised. But the car overall looks good though (aside from a few minor things; hood, wheels etc) and I can't wait to see you get started on the project.

looks like a damn fun ride mine. i agree with Lenny on the hood deal; if it'll clear, go with a stock Cobra hood. always keep people guessing!

Man, I can't believe I'm still up!! Is it bad when your hangin at your buddies house with most your friends and you don't realize to go home until you start to hear bird's chirping and realize it's 4 A.M.?? Oops!! Anyways...

I totally agree!! The plan as of now is to max out the turbo (within reason, still wanna be safe of course) with the new awesome shortblock/mild top end, then add new/better parts including a bigger/badder turbo this coming winter. My overall goal for this mild setup is to run some solid high 9's/REALLY low 10's while still being full weight (still having A/C, spare tire etc...) and a complete street car. I'm already in the market for a stock hood as of now.

UPDATE:

The new motor is in and the car is running again, Still problems of course though, I'm fairly positive the turbo is smoked. There's alot of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust while into boost as well as idling coming to a stop. It could be the heads but I'm betting on the turbo. Hopefully I'll get a new/bigger one tomorrow.

Other than that the car run's GREAT!! Even with the turbo messed up and only giving it under half throttle it still pulls HARD!! I can't wait to feel it with more boost, a better tune on some good tires. It's definatley gonna be fun (well assuming anyway)!! I'll take some pics tomorrow, it looks pretty much the same as before from up top, it's underneath and inside that's the ticket!!! Sneaky, sneaky as I thought!!
