1980 GMC pickup

Ok, My mothers boyfriend has decided it is time to sell his pickup. It a 1980 GMC that was completely restored a few years back. I believe it was a frame off resto. but am not 100% sure. It has a 350 bored .060 over, edelbrock carb and intake, hedman headers, aftermarket head (edelbrock i think) as well as a bunch of other stuff. The engine was built by Horn Automotive and he does still have the receipts. The truck itself was restored in California (he has a bunch of pics im sure he would make copies of or something...)

Basicaly it would be best to contact him! I am not sure what he is asking i think $6500 or so...

Forgot to mention... It is an automatic and it still has the side mounted gas tanks that a lot of peole got rid of. Also you can see the roof, it used to have a chrome sun visor thing but Mike McGraths car wash ripped it off. The body work is done and it is primered, just needs painted. Also has a wood bed, i havent seen the truck in a few months but IIRC the wood wasnt fantastic.

Also it was a frame off restoration. Has a new transmission as well (3 speed auto TH350 i think?)
has a 6 disc cd changer behind the seat, some pretty decent speakers, and then you got the "custom" grille, runnign boards and other misc stuff.

Also the price is $6000 OBO which is about what he has in the engine/transmission. Im either bringing the fiero or this truck to the BBQ...

BUMP he found more paper work. Also i talked to his father who actualy had the truck built (out in california) and he said he paid a grand total of about $40K. Also it IS a frame off restoration. I have pics of the truck before, during and right after it was finished if anyone is interested. The only reason he is selling is because he only drives it in the summer and wont drive it in the rain and now he has a Harley so anytime he would drive the truck he just takes his bike instead. $6000 OBO is what he is looking for now or he is going to put
it on ebay here in a week or two.

LOL... No

the truck was restored at a high dollar shop in California, i will seeif i can get the name of it. The paint job cost just under $20K... crazy, i know but he had the money and wanted it done right. labor was like $85/hr
