Are you planning on attending the CR:U Cookout this summer?

Just something new for the home page. I want to see how many of you guys are planning to go.

My only concern about doing two cookouts is that we won't have very many people at each one. For this poll, just assume that the cookout (or cookouts) was on a day that you didn't have to work and didn't have any other plans.

That's a definite possibility Dustin. It's been a while since the mods/admins have been able to put our minds together in person. I'd like to see what ideas everyone has.

Our second cookout went great last year, but there is always room for improvement. I'd still like to provide all the food this year as always, but one thing we need to discuss is the amount of food to get. I think we can definitely come down based on the food consumption at the last 3 cookouts.

We'll figure it out soon and try to come together and discuss this.

Yes, someone needs to put a date down soon as the cruising / show calendar is filling up fast. Amazing what happens when the temps go above 50!

The BBQ isn't the only event we'll be having this summer though.

We're going to also try and rock the house at the thursday night advanced shows on at least a few occasions this summer also. maybe a dinner or three.

Well that all depends.

Advanced Auto is seriously like 1 mile (maybe less) down the street from me since I basically live on 16th avenue.

I have thursdays off of work, so I will be there every thursday unless I have other plans. So I'll keep an eye on the shows and if we had enough cars showing up every Thursday I wouldn't mind scouting us out some spots.

We'll see how things go.
