I'll be moving to cedar rapids in the next couple weeks from waterloo and I'm going to be looking for a place to stay (and a job), so if anybody has a room they wanna rent out let me know - Here's the only thing's I need.
It's gotta be clean!
I smoke, but I can do that outside.
If you drink/party that's a plus.
If all else fails I'll just get an apartment but I thought I'd check here first.
