underground scene start up?

Saw a young leo the other day eating dinner at hvee on johnson ave. with his buddies. Maybe they will give him some wheels since this town is so rampant in disregards for law enforcement. Then we can have 11 leo cars per lawbreaker. Totally out of control.

Well imho I have never seen so many leos per car as here, plus till this yr they had the copter. If you drive the ave at sat night you would probably see 5 to 10 leo cars from 380 to collins rd. It's ludicrious.

Indep.mo. same pop. less leos, less stopping for b.s. Ive seen guys burning their tires and leos tell them to knock it off. Here probably be at least 2 cars, the dog squad if ya do something a lil stupid. My understanding it got worse here after that street racer article couple yrs back. Then theres Marion, home of ticket city. Offically they like to discourage any street scene here. So we are all good and like to talk bs. Computer generated bs that's what we do. Anything else a reference, a invite.

AMEN... couldnt have said that any better myself.... ive never seen so many dick sucking po as i have here and marion... well besides Plano TX police.
oh yeah and the invite, u just cant show up to the super duper underground bling bling street races with out your golden invite ticket, now that wouldnt be very underground would it if people off the streets just started showing up.
