What size are the tires on the rally rims? i have some black rally rims but still dont have any tires for them. pics? And what are the headers for?

Also i dont remember the condition of the tires, i know they all hold air, but i think when i got the car from Warchild he said somethin about them...

Headers are for a 2nd gen Camaro, but i was told they will fit other stuff as well. They have not been used, The guy bought them new and they sat in his garage for years.
