Block and heads is aluminum so I be it would be close to a big block or lighter. I bet it has a massive crank and rods tho.

i gotta chance to read it now. looks like that motor would benefit from some actual headers. That thing is probably a low revving beast. Need to google the motor and find out the power ratings.

he said the motor could make much more than 500hp/1050ft/lbs with mostly stock parts. 5.500" bore and 6.00" stroke....sheer madness and i love every way it could be better is if it were blown and fuel injected!

Im willing to bet its alot more than a big block chevy, I bet its more than an Iron hemi. Its prob got at least 6.5 bore centers. and with a 5.4 bore and 6.0 stroke! I bet the bobweight on one throw is at least 50 lbs. Vic that rotating assmebly alone prob weighs more than a BBC. I think its bad ass thou. If you ever get the chance to go to a Professonal tractor pulll, ATPA ,NTPA or Outlaw. You will see alot of rare and wild engine combos there that are big inch Na. I rember reeing a V12 Rolls Royce that that was 2000 ci, making 4000Hp all NA. Or 2 1100ci Twin turbo Allison V12s.

I bet your right on the being heavy but Looks like an interesting project. Hope some one keeps an update on it when he gets it running.

I know I use to give stevo some crap on his brothers wagon but isn't that really a project car? I'm sure he will get things worked out on it and be consistent on his runs.

EDIT: I just looked at the pictures again, That is an enormous fricken engine. Anyone notice the Hemi style heads?
