that guy is full of shit...

"flipped hugger headers"
Yes, it is possible. But those are clearly SSAC turbo headers.(I found that out after my thread asking if it was and i decided to find out, yes you can flip them with no modifications. depending on the flange you may have to cut a little away.)

"Turbos are Garrett T04E -57 trim, .63 A/r with stage3 wheel and 360 degree thrust bearings."
"Well, yea, I sort of inherited the Chineese housings, but do I at least get some credit for putting Garrett internal parts"
uhm just said they where garrett. Obviously SSAC which comes with "garrett internals" so he jus decided to add that in there.

i dont see anything wrong with running ebay stuff if thats all you can afford, but you dont have to make shit up and try to hide the fact that you are. Plus on 13#... not too impressed. Thee is a guy over on TGO that is running pretty much the exact same setup i will be, except hes not using an intercooler. Ill be using a pair of A/W intercoolers. Anyways he is making something around 750RWHP on 9#. Not too sure how long my block will hold up though, he is using a "little M" dart block i believe. where as mine is just a stock 350 blocked bored .030+

Turbo selection and internal engine modifications play a large role in the amount of power produced at a given boost level.

More power with less boost generaly means slower spool up. And why are you running twin A/W IC's, they are extremely efficient. Running two is kinda pointless, more weight, more complex, more space, more charge air volume. One that is correctly sized would be better.

well, a couple reasons that dont really make a lot of sense but its how i wanna do it. I am running twin turbos so i jus figure why not twin ICs? they way it will be set up, i am using to smaller A/W ICs rated for 600HP each. there will be less than 1ft of pipe going in and less than 1ft coming out of each IC. saves me from having to use a Y pipe or something to run them together into a single intercooelr, keeps the piping shorter as i would have to mount a larger one about 2ft from the turbos. plus i just thinks it would look bad ass.

if you care to look at this link: http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/power ... ildup.html (http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/power-adder/345981-twin-turbo-406-buildup.html)

it will kinda explain what i am going to do, my setup is pretty similar to his as far as the turbo setup goes, my headers are going to be a little shorter. I am basicaly going to "point" the compressor outlet to the front of the car and have one IC on each side of the rad. Then out a short section of pipe from each IC going into each inlet on the carb hat.
