How come the system doesnt go off precentage for the top rated ones? like a car rated 29/30 should be higher then a car rated 51/70

Well it looks kind of dumb right now, but when more votes start rolling in, you'll see why it doesn't do it like that.

A car that has votes of 1,000/1,100 is at about 90%
But a car that has, say, 10/10 (1 total vote) is 100%.

There'd be a new featured car everyday because any old joe could rank themselves 10/10. But at the bottom where it says "top rated vehicles" that just ranks them in order of how many people have voted. You could have 0/100 right now and be at the top of that list.

This is the last month that I'll be able to use that to get cars for this voting though, because after this month, two of the people on that list will be ineligable so I will need to find a more proprietary way of getting cars for the voting :)

And for the featured vehicle, the system uses a mixture of how high your rating is, PLUS how many modifications you have listed.

Someone could be rated a 20/20 by himself and then himself again on his parents computer, but if he doesn't have any modifications listed that's not really fair. Once we get more votes and more cars, everything will make more sense.

The system urges you to log as much information as you can, that's why Rob's mustang has 69/70 for a rating and he's not the featured car... it's because he doesn't have as much information listed about his car as fbodyguy does.

would you be upgrading to say a 396 small block? either way your car is going to be faster because i am slowing mine down on the acceleration side of things, but top end is going to be nuts.

Rob is always talking about you. How come you never come out to play at night?

I do come out, I just don't sit down in the main parking areas too much. Not snobish just don't know people. I like going out and watching and running here, but I like to get up in the morning on the weekends to make it into the gym.

Josh I thought about taking it all out and going to the 396 and the XFI292 but I decided to go an alternate route, but not sure if I'm going to do it yet, depends on a couple of upcoming things. I also need to get the better beehive springs on to run up where the motor was built to run and get either the LTCC or MSD Opti put it so it stops breaking up above 6K. Dyno said that I had more power above 6K with the baby cam but the opti was starting to crossfire, best we could tell.
