project in the works...obviously. suzuki LT250R, .20over, HotRod rod, Wiseco piston. Some fresh parts, and fresh paint. Some parts are already in clearcoat, and then some are still in primer.

little update, decided to pull the rear swingarm off since it was only held on my 2 bolts anyway. stripped more paint, final prime on frame done. have run into a few probs tho.
oh, and rewiring in the works.
you can see in the pics the powervalve swingarm is broken. I knew that, i bought a new one. But when it came time to get it out..no way. screw heads on internal parts of motor...what do you think happened.

i dont know man, i think the silver frame would look man. i'd say i like black more than the next guy, but even i know you can have too much black. too much and it might start to look like a toy.
just an opinion.

their is NO WAY we are both gettin on that thing man. lol your about 7' and im 6', and i am almost positive the rear shock is shot. as hilarious as it would look. once just to avoid a lot of walking blackvr6 rode on the back of my dirtbike with me...it was not fun.

LOL i know thatd be funnier than hell. dont you think it would make an awesome pic for the site though?? right on the front page i can see it now! LMAO

and to top off the dirt bike ride i was holding two shovels and every bump move me closer to colton. i had no foot pegs or anything so i was very unconvertible

LMAO. i can see that. haha. yeah that would make anyone uncomfortable. cuz yeah, even though your piggy backing on a dirtbike. there is still a "comfort zone" then you have no pegs or anything yeah that comfort zone disappears rather quickly. i lose the comfort zone on snowmobiles alot when i go ditch banging.

i plan to put my girl on the back and teach what i call bicycling. i think my friends have seen me do it, its really not hard but its exciting for a passenger.

bicycling is fun. i used to do that all the time on my 3 wheelers. you can freak some people out watching you bicyce on a 3 wheeler, then romp it and pull a wheelie out on it, and your only on the ground with 1 wheel. its fun to do. but i cannot master it on turns and such. but straight a ways its awesome stuff. ill get another wheeler someday and get that shit down. ill pry be getting a wheeler next year after i sell all the sleds off.

that is one long ass trailing arm on that quad. damn!
Luminatorz34
01-02-2007, 05:36 PM
the swingarm only looks like its a +6 meaning its 6inches longer than stock. colton you totally need the stinger pipe like tat guy has. you make mad loads of extra power that way. the pipes are tuned for extremly reactions and there in virtually no back pressure ot restrict that motor from zinging its little heart away
Luminatorz34
01-03-2007, 03:04 PM
its not gonna be quiet with the bills pipe and the fmf silencer. they are quite loud. but have a damn good tone to it

most tranny's like that will only go into the first 2 or 3 gears. u can get it into all the gears if you spin the sprocket to help it into gears. also, eing as you had the motor apart, i would put a lil bit of synthetic 2stroke oil in the bottom end to help everything out. cuz i had it for almost a year and didnt have anything in the bottom end, so it will help it alot to have some straight 2stroke oil in the bottom end to help loosen things up. i hope you got the clutch pin lined up. cuz sometimes those can be a bitch to get to gether just right to where the cable can pull it out all the way

eric and i got the motor finished up and in. hopefully its sealed, cuz it was cold out when we finished puttin the cover on. i set the motor in the frame and we heard a tree fall and the power went out. But we finished bolting it all in without power (and little lighting). No pics yet, forgot my camera. assuming its all done right, it will be running next time i get to touch it.
