this is a bottom of the barrel full wood core snowboard... it will be extrememly stiff and heavy as it uses none of the current snowboard / ski tech.
this "proto type" is a 2000 make board, they ran about 300 of these and didnt sell half.
There are ripples in the topsheet because of the improperly pressed topsheet. it will not effect the ride but it will allow for easier delamification and cracks in the top sheet. If water seeps into the top sheet from these cracks and freezes the board will buckle and splinter.
These things RETAILED brand new in 2000 for $100..
If you are really looking for bang for your buck, look at the atomic hatchet. It is the best board for the $$ this season. If you want to look into upper end decks let me know and I'll see if i can get you somthing from Never Summer for under $500
My reccomendation... if you want it to ride rails in town and on concrete and not give a damn about it lasting then get it and tear it up. If you are actually planning to seriously ride this thing. Look elsewhere.
Go here http://www.snowboardaddicts.com I post how to guides there and there also is a guy who knows a SHEIT TON Fear Me is his SN... he reps Eira Snow and is one of my sponsors.

on top of that i think it is too big for your weight... unless you weigh 200+ lbs.

looking for a park board but if i pay over 200 dollers for a board i wont be grinding. i like the board i have but its torn up like a hooker worken the conner for 19 years. i just thought it was kinda a neat idea but i wasnt going to buy it. i dont like the atomic hacket im not a big fan of skulls. i would like a board that has little designs. do any one make an all blck board cuz that would be amazing

K2 Fuse... old K2 Darkstars, all black...
I wouldnt worry about graphics too much though. And if you want a DECENT board you will be paying over 200.
As for the rails part... I grind on a $500+ board, I do have "rock" boards for when i go out in town to hit rails when i know i'm going to be landing on pavement, but if I'm at a resort I'm not to worried about it... thats what they make P-tex for.
Ya just got to think of it this way... if its not getting scratched... are you really using it?

I kinda remember PL snowboards... they were released in the mid to late 90s... at that time hundreds of small snowboard companies were popping up all over the place... but yeah if thats your stick its time for an upgrade... you'll be shocked with how the new technology rides.
