Painting my car, help!

Im gunna be rattle canning my 240 cuz im broke but it needs paint REALLY bad. I want to do dark flat blue just for something different, but i dont know where i can get it. Anyone know???

whats wrong with the paint? try buffing it?

I think its a rattle can job already... thats why he cant buff it. But if you rattle can and then use a clear coat you can! =D

as many cans as it will take to spray the car and look decent you can buy a cheap gun and some paint and make it look alot better.

And by doing this you can mix your own paint.

Also i dont know if CR has any paint shops or not but look for someone who has ppg or dupont. I like ppg myself.

you can buff it, but you need to wet sand first.

no, the clear coat of the paint is gone, its an ugly color, and the right rear fender is all primered when i bought the car, and i havnt touched it. thats why i want new paint

i wouldnt rattle can it. It will end up costing just as much if not more then a gallon of Acrylic Enamel. I have acouple guns, id let you barrow one of mine if you decide to actually paint it!

as far as getting the paint... Car colors off of 6th street is pretty good, personally i get all my paint at French paint. Its right off blairs ferry rd. by the hardees, right next door to the adult shop.

or you could have my buddy paint it for cheap. he'd make sure the body was decent before hand as well. PM me if youre interested...

i found out my friend is really busy with peoples cars this month, but i'll ask him if hed have time to spray it some night.
