Sperry got all my parts then said why dont you do this and that while its apart so more parts are coming but he said would only take a day or 2.
Sperry surprised me on what he knows about the 4 banger.

Good ones lol. Big valves, manly springs. About the only thing left to do. went with 9 to 1 forged pistons and Eagle rods. 272 cams. Have to see what Sperry says about the rpm I can rap. Hoping it will be good for 9000 rpm. And he did say he has done a lot of DSM motors. Sold the 60 trim and bought another turbo.

Ive been trying for 3 months lol. Its just taking a long time but think its all coming together finally.

What turbo did you buy Vic? You can PM me if you don't feel like publicly sharing. Also that combo should be able to rev to 9k but you might not want to rev that high with a stock tranny. It will be really hard on it. Also depending on what turbo you have, that thing has got to push some air to make power up in the 9k range. Also you definatly won't be making much power above 7500-8k unless you get an aftermarket intake manifold, or atleast port it. Just to let you know :bigthumb:

I am a Liar people, I just wanted to see what responses I would get. I lost my left nut for what I spent and Im not loosing the right one lol. Its just a stock 6 bolt going into it.

Appearantly dsm valves dont require much seat pressure? 9k in a v8 with a big cam usually means new valve springs at regular intervals.

Thats not any thing I didnt already know, We change our stock car springs every spring.
