A buddie at my work might be selling his 1993 RX-7. It has 104,000 on the on the body but 40,000 on the motor. This car is VERY clean!! not a scrach on it! It has tan leather interior, sun roof, stock chrome rims, 5 speed, down pipe and the basics! the interior does not have one stain on it nor does the leather have any ware or tare. He is asking $14,000 to $15,000. have any questions please write me and I will get back to you.

Yes, it is red. You may have saw it last week on thursday at the Advanced Auto Car Show. At this time I have no Pics but I will ask him for some to put up. If you did see it you know how clean it is!

nor does the leather have any ware or tare.

-ware
suff.
1. Articles of the same general kind, made of a specified material, or used in a specific application: hardware; silverware.
2. Software: groupware; shareware.

tare
n.
1. The weight of a container or wrapper that is deducted from the gross weight to obtain net weight.
2. A deduction from gross weight made to allow for the weight of a container.
3. Chemistry. A counterbalance, especially an empty vessel used to counterbalance the weight of a similar container.

So its got nothing similar, and no insignificant weight. Does it have an abrasions or lacerations?

excuse my import ignorance. But weren't all FD's turbo? I would think the rotary would be redicliously slow without the turbo.

i hope he has good luck with his sale. I maybe would be interested in it if it didn't have a rediclious amount of miles on it.

Yes all FD's are turbo, 13b-rew. Big questions to ask would be 1) Auto or 5-speed, 2) stock sequential twins, or single turbo, 3) who build the engine 4) what trim is it (I'm guessing touring, since it has leather seats, which is the heaviest trim). If the engine has been built by a reputable company, and it has had all its maintenance done, 40k on the clock is no biggie, specially at 14K$. just my 2 cents
