That would be most excellent if you make earlville. :supz:

I've got to beat a coworker there, then at least I can say quickest at the plant, have a/c, etc. and get better mileage.

SWEEEEEEET!!! I was in St. Louis at the WFC and there were two HP twin tubro cobras there with the sullivan intake street racing and at the track. They were all over the road racing from a 40 roll even with M/T DR's. They were mopping everything except a stroked LS1 with heads and a single 70+mm turbo. He was running race gas not sure how much boost, the cobras were running 93. Man that thing looks good.

Amoander stayed one place, I stayed a different place, then I went over to chuck a burger (http://www.chuckaburger.com/) /sonic sat night had a lil fun vs a modded mustang and camaro. That was a great place 6 lanes on concrete, 3 each way.

The new chuck a burger area. I think next time I'll stay over by there as they have friday night car meets where you can round up a lil action.. There had some s/c bbc there with slicks but it looked a lil too much for the 03.. A cobra guy later said it runs 11's...

You have the best stuff.... I just got a lil street thing, although I did do 127 mph... Ok, but spinning like crazy, eaton w 2.9 and 100+ jets.

Answer, I believe its st. charles, click the link on chuck a burger above.. right next to n. interstate loop in the industrial district. There are 2 leos but at the time they were busy. Amoander has several friends in st. louis also, something about 4am in the morning, he saw the races... The cobra guy said the car shows were a popular spot to get some action going. I should have been there friday night he said... Amoander (Adam) can give you his cell # then we can check different spots, etc.

I've seen some of your videos, most kick arse.... for being computer generated...

Thanks Rob,
127 is moving, I would like to race in WFC next year and want to stay where all the action is. Colinsville is where it used to be but the cops pushed everyone away. Its a shame, its 8 minutes from the track and strip clubs....what else could you ask for.

Sorry, it took so long to post. We stayed in Kirkwood, right on Lindbergh blvd. We take 255/50 and cross over into Illl. and race back, it's four lane so we line them up 4 wide, get about 2-4 passes in depends how fast the cars arre. The cops have really stop the racing there, but it still occurs really late at night, the cops kinda turn there heads the other way during WFC weekend after about 1 in the morning, we were racing at about 2-3 a.m. Where rob was is some decent racing now(St. Charles). St. Louis is kinda getting bad for racing. I have a few friends that lived there and race at WFC, but unfortunanlty since many rules have changed for some classes at WFC 2 don't race anymore(1 went pro over to chevy). I don't know the HP guys personally but we always remeber each other and exchange numbers and meet up on the streets. They're from Arizona. I currently have no friends that now live in St. Louis, but a good friend has 3 friends who still live there with some quick cars. Again damn, i love that car Ninesecsnake!!!

You know Ryan there is another source for those style wheels cheap. 94- 95 t bird with 15" 5 lugs 7" wide. I've heard ppl welding in a section to widen them to 9". I liked those wheels so yea I got a 94 t bird boat cruiser. Only real other difference is the center cover. These have some weird 5x108 mm pattern though.

thats interesting, ive always wondered if they would fit after a 5 lug conversion because they look the same w/ diff centercaps.

A quick update:
6-7lbs of boost, 17 degrees of timing: 520rwhp and 525rwtq. We just wanted to make sure everthing was working, all is good, we will turn the boost up a little next weekend. These numbers are with the C4, I am changing to a 4r75w soon....Ryan

It drives like a stock mustang, and was quiet even without exhaust.

That's pretty good power for only 6 to 7 pounds of boost!

Today was a good day, 883rwhp 713rwtq @ 23lbs of boost and 16 degres of timing. We would have went higher but the wastegates were blowing open, I'm going to order heavier springs tomorrow. All in all it was a GREAT day. If you do the math, with a 20 percent drivetrain loss, its a 1060hp at the motor, not bad for 334cuin.

I have to say a HUGE Thank You to Joey and the whole Excessive Autosports team, without them none of this would have been possible.

Thanks Dustin,
The motor is built to handle 1500hp or so, I would like to see 1000 at the wheels, but 883 isnt bad for starters. As for boost it should make at least 32-35lbs but I dont see a need to go that high, once at the track we will lower the boost and up the timing, going from 14 degrees to 16 degrees we picked up over 100rwhp, can you imagine what 23 degrees is going to do?

I dont have any new videos yet, Im out of town almost every week on business, so its hard to get anything done, but I will try to make a short ride along this weekend.

Its been a long project, but I dont have to tell you about long projects. We need someone to break the record on our dyno at the shop, It reads up to 1500rwhp, but if needed it can be upgraded to 2000rwhp.

Thanks

I need to scan it in, it looks a little off due to the wastegates hanging open, I will try to get it posted this week.

Kinda bringing this back from the dead here but the dyno graph would be sweet to see and had a few questions too.

I was wondering if you had any kind of info on the H/C/I setup you used. I've been reading to see what it takes to drop a 5.4 dohc into a 97GT myself and it seems the big problem is the intake needing to be wider.

Navi 5.4 dohc block
navi dohc heads
intake = ?? what's the one your using?
Did you buy a short/longblock

I am using the stock navigator heads and cams, stock castings no porting. As for the intake I used a Sullivan performace intake that is made for a dohc 5.4 navigator engine. I built the motor myself, I just dont trust anyone but a select few and I dont have the money to pay the best to build it.

I went 9.52 @ 150 this weekend on drag radials, with a 1.80 60ft, I have been as good as a 1.33 60ft. I think we will be in the 8's before the year is up.
