Getting used to it now. The only thing I don't like is having to scroll to read some of the individual posts. It's really annoying.

if you want the old forum back.. you can be the one to change it back. =)

i saw zac working on it to switch to the new forum, and it looked like it sucked big time. lol.

Yes it was a lot of work...but I would be glad to move it back if that's what everyone wanted. But I see the voting looks to be about 90% of everyone saying "keep this forum" so I don't think it's going anywhere.

But who in their right mind would vote against all the new features this forum has? It's 10X more convenient.

People said the same thing when we switched to a newer style of forum last year. You just have to get used to it. Once you get settled in you won't want to go back.

Can you do something about the scrolling thing? Or does everybody like that.

yea, i agree, i liked to be able to scroll automatically with just pushing down on the little roller thing on the mouse, but now i have to roll manually

Well the scrolling thing is a little irritating, but you have to see the purpose of it in order to understand it.

Normally when you post a large picture, it causes ALL the text on that page to extend to the length of the picture. So to read all the posts on that topic you would have to scroll. Putting the pictures into their own little frames helps to solve that problem.

Once people start using the attachment feature more, you'll see a ton less of those.

That was more tollerable than this. It's not large pictures that's the problem here. It's the heavy quoting that goes on.

BTW for the record guys....once again I really appreciate all the support I'm getting on these new forums. It's very very difficult to do a forum swap like I did to a completely different set of forums. Just swapping it over is hard and then I have had to work out all the bugs.

But thanks for this poll guys...I'm really happy with the results of it. It shows me that all the work I did was worth it.
