I think you need to spend less time typing and more time working at a job. Then take your time to do research on a car.
Wheres the option for I think you suck?

If you cant afford a 2nd gen DSM, or an FD3S look into a first gen DSM, or an FB/FC rx7. Money doesn't grow on trees so work with what you can, and let pipe dreams go for more realistic plans.

FDs aren't called 'Efini' in the US. They are referred to as simpy RX7s or FDs. Calling them Efini will make you look like a noob :)
I'll sell you mine for a good price :BURNOUT:
And you can't really compare an AWD DSM against an FD. There's a big weight/HP and drivetrain difference between the two. If you don't know or understand how a rotary motor works, you need soem DEEP pockets. They are not cheap to build/fix nor easy to work on.

Yeah you wont find an FC worth having for 1500 let alone an FD. Better to just save.

You can find an FD shell (no motor/trans) for $6000, probably with a beat up body if you look. To get a good FD, mainly stock in good condition, you will be looking at $10-12k depending on the motor. One like mine will set you back an easy $18k. I don't think I'd part with mine for anything less than a full $18,000.
