Brand new, only installed and drove a few miles to realize it completely covers the top of my gauges. Otherwise I love this wheel: nice thick grip, comfortable, suede is nice, etc.
Cheapest I found online is $240 plus shipping, I'm asking $220 shipped, or $210 picked up in Des Moines area. I tried to return to FRSport, but they have a no return policy on interior items.
