Picked up a new toy last night. Nothing too fantastic but something I've been wanting for a while, except I would prefer an all white one with black wheels...

'99 T/A WS6. Pretty stock other than some minor things, stereo and some suspension work. Guy moved up here from Texas and brought it with him, hasn't seen snow yet and I don't plan on letting it. never seen such a rust free car, gotta love the south! I have ideas but no "plans", just gonna see what happens with it. I'm a sucker for T-Tops and flip-up headlights though!!

Looks like a 13 second car to me... Mission accomplished. HaHa

Got all the tune-up goods today, as well as synthetic oil change stuff and a trans flush. Car has adjustable KYB suspension, K&N filter, exhaust and SLP kid already. Going to do a couple "free mods" tomorrow, removing the ram air vents, throttle body bump stop, P&P tb/maf. Planning to make it to one of the "fun nights" up at CFR to see what it'll do. I'm guessing mid 13's but I guess we'll see. Then if any of my "ideas" become a reality, it'll be fun to see what it does in the spring.

run the iaf shootout for the fun of it and you can make test passes all day.

We'll see...

Went to do the stuff I had plans and someone beat me to it. MAF and TB are already ported and polished as well as MAF screen removed. Saved me some time/mess i guess. I did the TB bump stop, surprised at how far from "completely open" the blade actually was at full throttle. Checked out the undercarriage while I was changing the oil, clean as hell, has an extra trans cooler up front, some polyurethane bushings and straight pipes after the cats.

I got curious and check the suspension also. 1-8 (1=softest, 8=stiffest) setting, front was at 5, rears were at 1, which made sense because my very first thought when accelerating was about how bad the rear squatted. Set them all to 7 and I'll mess with em if needed. First things I'll be doing is suspension/chassis so I can still keep driving it. Any major changes will be over winter.

You'll beat my TBSS, but we could run em at the shoot out. We'd at least be within 2 seconds of each other. Which is closer than I can get with anyone else in the auto class.

Don't worry Colton, i'll be right there with you on those times. There is also a 2012 S4 showing up that will be in the high 13's probably.

Some parts came rolling in today. got a bunch more ordered and gotta get my rear end up to H&W here in the next few weeks. Mostly been working on the Blazer so, this will just be collecting parts for the next month or two while I finish that up.
