I stopped by Mike's the other day, just looking at the box side made me sick. Hope you can find one for him!

Hogeland in Marshalltown: 641-752-0027 They have one listed for $100, new aftermarket, LH, 6.5ft, no fuel door. Assuming it is a Fleet side since you didn't specify and you mentioned the aux fuel door which is a fleetside thing.
