Posting this for my sister. They bought it and were going to fix it up but are now getting divorced so they just want it gone. All I know is it's a 1972 Shasta with a title and it's in decent shape from what I could see. There is also a small bathroom I didn't get a pic of. I'd buy it but I have no room for it at this point.
Also the title has been dated but no buyer info filled out or signed so it is still an open title but there will be a small fee due to the date of November 2013 being on it. She'll have no problem knocking $50-$100 off the price to cover that though, so cash talks.
550-1558 Amanda. She probably doesn't know anything about it either though, best to just call her and take a look at it. It's on the s.w. side, off 16th avenue and 9th/103th street or so...
